WHAT YOU DO
- Being the main operator of our fully automated high bay warehouse, the monorail and all adjacent conveyor equipment
- Keeping the system running and, through that, ensuring a smooth production, pallet mixing and shipping operation
- Being proficient in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) to monitor the system and solving issues on the go
- Communicating more severe issues to the EWM Super User or the central support functions, raising tickets and monitoring their processing status
- Being knowledgeable about the interface to the Dematic System
- Solving problems on the equipment including carrier alignment, excluding any technical faults
- Coordinating maintenance requirements and downtimes with the maintenance department and the Dematic service
- Owning the Pallet Mixing process as it´s main dependency is the replenishment from and retrieval to the High Bay Warehouse
- Coordinating the Rectification Area with the Warehouse team to ensure a proper fault and error documentation and resolution
- Moving pallets on demand, retrieving them from the High Bay Warehouse for Quality or Destruction purposes to a designated pick-up point
- Coordinating any clean up activities from stuck to tipped pallets
- Supporting the shipping process in idle times by showing presence and helping lorry drivers with issues and system faults
- Supporting any other EWM related issues to ensure a smooth operation throughout the factory
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent IT literacy from Windows basics to the ability to master software – also any non-work related experience welcome
- Minimum 1 year experience in a SAP product or a similar warehouse management system
- Experience in the field of automation warehouse desireable
- Keen to work with figures and data
- Keen on deep diving into a software product
- Good Level of English, German skills as a bonus
- Any forklift licenses welcome
