WHAT YOU DO

• Planning of 4 production lines to maintain an accurate weekly schedule while communicating effectively with all stakeholders (material planner, production, quality, high bay warehouse personnel)
• Maintaining of finished goods stock levels to agreed KPI’s
• Maintaining of Food Safety and Quality Standards by ensuring all associated regulations and company guidelines are adhered to
• Authority to change the production plan at any time to meet operational demands 
• Analysing production specifications and plant capacity data to determine an accurate production plan
• Ensuring that equipment and raw materials are available to satisfy the production schedule
• Attending daily site meetings and respond to any planning-related throughput issues by identifying ways to continuously improve production planning processes
• Actively contribute to new methods and strategies that improve efficiency and productivity

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in production planning preferably in drinks, FMCG manufacturing industry
• Able to demonstrate a positive approach to continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and think outside the box
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools (including SAP)
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Confident to be able to challenge situations to resolution
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to speak German would also be advantageous
