WHAT YOU DO
- Implementing and further development of a sustainable operational excellence philosophy according to central requirements
- Coaching of employees to apply OPEX methods and tools and to implement OPEX measures
- Performing data analyses from existing systems and on-site documentation in preparation for workshops and optimization projects
- Conceptualizing, developing and updating training and presentation documents
- Leading of OPEX initiatives in the functional and operational units of the plant
- Identifying fields of action for the continuous improvement of processes and workflows in all company divisions
WHO YOU ARE
- Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
- At least two years' experience in a similar position
- Profound knowledge of operational excellence, process analysys and continuous improvement methods
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- German language skills and the willingness to travel would be desirable but is not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and attention to detail
